 The best way to discover Iceland and its beautiful nature is on your own in a rental car.
Therefore, we offer a budget package which includes a rental car and overnight vouchers in HI Hostels all around Iceland.
Please note that the driver must be at least 21 and have a valid drivers license and credit card.
Package
Hostelling and a rental car package includes:
Hostel overnight vouchers
The customer can choose open vouchers or vouchers with advanced bookings. As the hostels are very busy during the summer time we recommend advanced bookings, especially for families and groups and if double rooms are requested.
Rental car
- Unlimited milage ( fuel not included )
- VAT (24.5%)
- Collision damage waiver (CDW).
The renter of the car is however totally responsible for any and all damaged incurred through the use of the car including damage to the car and or / passangers due to:
- off road driving, i.e. driving on trials not marked as normal roads
on charts.
- driving through streams or any other kind of waterfalls.
- willfull action or colossal carelessness
- use of drugs by the driver
- use of the car in contravention of the provisions of the rental
agreement
- damages due to sandstorm.
- damages to the chassis of the car.
- damages due to driving of passangers in the highlands. Such cars are only insured for driving on main roads.
- tire damage and broken headlights are not covered by the insurance policy.

€587 in the low season and €807 in high season, including car rental and accommodation based on 2 people in dorm accommodation. Contact us for full price list.
