Brigid’s Flame blends yoga, meditation and quiet time in nature — all held in the peaceful surroundings of Knockree Hostel in the Glencree Valley, County Wicklow.


It’s suitable for complete beginners and anyone seeking rest, space and renewal after winter.


Brigid’s Flame is An Óige’s first-ever wellness retreat - a simple, grounding way to pause, breathe out and return to yourself after the winter months.


The retreat blends beginner-friendly yoga, guided meditation, and quiet time in nature, all held in one of Wicklow’s most peaceful settings.

Where You’ll Stay

Knockree sits along the Wicklow Way, surrounded by forest trails, open hills and fresh mountain air.
It’s a naturally quiet, spacious place — perfect for unwinding, walking, or simply sitting with a cup of tea and taking in the view.

About Your Guide



Teresa is the owner of Yoga Sacred Space and has over 20 years of teaching experience.

Her warm, steady approach supports complete beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.


She trained initially in India and has guided hundreds of students through her Yoga Alliance–registered programmes. Teresa’s teaching is down-to-earth, inclusive and deeply grounding - the kind that helps you settle the moment you arrive.
