Membership Conditions
Membership is valid for one calendar year (expires 31st December of each year). You do not need to be a resident of Ireland to become a member of An Óige. Please note that membership is non refundable.
Please note: An Óige now offers the option of purchasing a 2 year membership in addition to our 1 year membership.
- A 1 year membership is valid for one calendar year (expires 31-Dec-10)
- A 2 year membership is valid for two calendar years (expires 31-Dec-11)

A Group Leader card can be purchased from our Head Office for €20.00
- Senior memberships apply to over 18's and single parent families.
- Family memberships apply to families of up to two parents and children under 16.
- For those of you travelling abroad we now offer the option of purchasing a Hostelling International/An Óige membership card valid from the purchase date for one year. (i.e. this membership does not run on a calendar year basis as does the other memberships) This will cost €20.00 for 1 year and €40.00 for 2 years. Please note that although this is still An Óige/Hostelling International membership this will not entitle you to vote in the An Óige Elections or the AGM
